    Tailored to your company’s unique environment. Nancy would first meet with a department head or Human Resource director to discuss goals and options. The groups can be as small as 4 and as large as 60 (or even larger). You can also choose from the menu below for on- or off-site workshops


    ON-SITE OPTIONS


    A. The Introductory Program

    • four weekly one-hour sessions

    • early morning, lunchtime, or after work


    This is designed to present four hours of basic techniques that participants can then practice on their own to help them reduce their job stress, anxiety and worry. It offers employees an opportunity to easily fit the complete introductory workshop into their busy day with the added benefit of being able to absorb and practice the material over the course of four weeks


    B. The Basic Program

    • four weekly two-hour sessions

    • early morning, lunchtime, or after work


    Spending two hours at a time absorbing and practicing meditation helps to deepen the experience and strengthen the impact. Immersed in the process with a supportive group encourages growth and change. All of the elements of The Program will be covered.


    C. The Ultimate Program

    • eight weekly two-hour sessions

    • early morning, lunchtime, or after work

    • one four-hour wrap-up session

    • individual sessions, 1-2 hrs each participant


    Individual counseling sessions with Nancy will further enhance this process and give participants the chance to ask questions that they might be hesitant to ask in a group forum. Here they will get the one-on-one help they need to overcome any resistance they might have to this new, mindful approach to work.


    OFF-SITE OPTIONS


    The most ideal way to learn meditation


    A. The Introductory Program

    • one four-hour session, morning or afternoon


    In just four hours participants will learn some basic techniques that they can practice on their own to help them reduce their job stress, anxiety and worry. Their concentration at work will improve almost immediately, and they will become more alert and attentive to each and every task put before them.


    B. The Basic Program

    • the first day, all day, 9:30-4:30


    After this one-day session away from their normal routine, participants will begin to shift their usual mind-set and move away from a distracted, inefficient approach to work toward a more mindful and productive one. All of the elements of The Program will be covered. Lunch will be provided and even this will be a lesson in mindfulness.


    C. The Basic Program – Plus One

    • the first day, all day, 9:30-4:30

    • follow-up four-hour session, two weeks later


    For two weeks after the full day session participants will have an opportunity to practice what they learned and experience the effects in their everyday lives. The follow-up session will afford them an opportunity to meet with the same group, share their experiences with each other and engage in a refresher course, which will further help them to incorporate into their lives a mindful approach to work. This will lead to a heightened awareness of how meditation can improve their health and their job satisfaction.


    D. The Basic Program – Plus Two

    • the first day, all day, 9:30-4:30

    • follow-up four-hour session, two weeks later

    • second follow-up four-hour session, two weeks later


    It takes some time and effort to change one’s habitual patterns. Knowing that two follow-up sessions are scheduled will motivate people to work hard on their newly acquired skills. And the support and encouragement of the group sessions will quicken the process of assimilating meditation into daily life.
